Forsmannstraße school, Hamburg

One of the primary tasks of a school is to offer children orientation. Establishing trust in the new “really big” building from day one is therefore all the more important. Because the feeling of security, trust and assurance also delivers added enjoyment and motivation. It is precisely this message that defines the new orientation system for the Schule Forsmannstraße in Hamburg. It addresses the needs of those children that have not yet learned to read or that are in the process of learning to write. So not all of the letters are perfect yet… No problem.

Our wayfinding system was honoured with GOLD in the “Wayfinding for Graphic Design” category at the “Indigo Design Award 2024” and bronze in the “Best wayfinding or signage” category at the “Transform Awards Europe 2024”.
